JoeF
So, you signed up for one university only to go to a shady one? Of course that's going to create problems. Is the third one similarly shady? Link to comment

You would have had problems getting a visa for that institution. Is that why you signed up with the first institution instead? Signing up with one institution and then immediately going to another, shady one is a big red flag. As I said, you likely will run into problems. And asking "what is the best answer" shows that you haven't understood anything. The "best answer", in fact the ONLY answer, is the truth! A lie can result in a lifelong ban! Link to comment

rahul412
Dude there is no doubt that you are killing your career in US by joining some third grade, cheap, private universities. If you are planning to use this degree for immigration benefits then you will face issues in future. Link to comment

rahul412
my only doubt is will it creates any problem in immigration when i wil go to india during univeristy holidays when iam returning back to usa No one knows about that. Since your previous university is known for abusing F1 rules you might face issues, better to check with an attorney. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Talk to a Lawyer. Students from the third college you named have been sent back from the port of entry in the recent past. Link to comment
