Perm Approved with Employer X,now can Employer Y can file H1B extension based on my previous Employer's Perm

Hello Experts,

    my Perm and I140 Approved with "Employer X", now can "Employer Y"  file H1B extension based on my previous Employer's Perm,if I140 is withdrawn from my Previous "Employer X".

  my H1B will expire on Oct2016,

can my new employer file H1B extension based on my PERM approved with my previous employer?

PERM approval does not give you H1 extensions. Approved I-140 gives you extensions and the extension stands even were the I-140 to be SUBSEQUENTLY revoked.

PERM doesnt matter in this case, as PERM has validity of 6 months.

 

If I140 has been revoked, you can't use it as basis of extension.
