H1 Transfer while in India

Hi, 

 

Recently My H1 got stamped (Fresh petition) with a company A. Now my current employer in India( Company B) is willing to offer a position in US.

 

So, Can I transfer my H1 from Company A to Company B in India itself? Any suggestions on this are much appreciated
