shivasury
I am working in US on H-1B (I-140 approved). My fiancee lives in Canada and has a PR there. I would like to marry her in US and apply for her change of status from B2 to H4. She will move in with me. A quick online search on this topic tells me that this is considered "fraud" since she would enter as a tourist with an intention to become an immigrant. Is this true. What is the best way to address the situation. She has entered US multiple times to meet me. I have never been to Canada. Link to comment

pontevecchio
You can marry on a Tourist visa. Then she needs to leave and return with a H4 visa. Link to comment
