gopi1230
Hi all, I applied H1B last year and it picked in lottery. I upgraded to premium processing, then received RFE because of no client letter and it got denied. Later, I obtained the client letter and filed MTR in june 2015. March 2016, MTR approved and case re opened. Then they sent second RFE requesting updated client letter, we submitted response and USCIS received response on march 20th 2016. Since , then no response from them Can i upgrade to premium on this case now? As it went through premium processing last year and denied, can we apply premium processing second time for re opened case? Thanks, Link to comment
NP2020
Sometime in the past I read on web that appeals of denial decisions, and that includes Motions to Reopen/Reconsider cannot be expedited. Don't take my opinion as legal advise. Link to comment
adshah84
Also as per my knowledge MTR can not be expedite. But you can check with lawyer. Link to comment

gopi1230
Sorry, there is no Premium for MTR. It is not premium for MTR. MTR already approved and H1B case re opened. My questions is on, changing re opened H1B case to premium for second time Link to comment
rahul412
It is not premium for MTR. MTR already approved and H1B case re opened. My questions is on, changing re opened H1B case to premium for second time What do you mean by reopened H1 case? That is not a new H1, so no premium. Link to comment
swamy347
My H1B transfer approved on july 17 2016 and on aug 15 2016 again USCIS case status changed to "re-opened" . My employer applied H1B transfer for xxx client and but later i joined yyy client as project is long term and my employer didn't file amendment as both xxx and yyy clients are in same MSA. I am not sure if it is a system error or really case re-opened. Please let me know if any one has faced similar issue in past Link to comment
