She found an employer and in 2016 April employer filed her h1 and she got picked in lottery in regular processing.Now she her case is still in process state may be it will be approved by june/july. 1)Can she travel to India before Cctober and come back without h1 stamping ? 2)Is there any change like getting stamped if she travel after october and come back? 3)Does she needs to apply COS?
