ahmadx Posted April 13, 2016 Report Share Posted April 13, 2016 Hi, I am a citizen and applied for a k1 fiance visa for my fiance in Canada. It was approved and she entered the U.S on 2/28. Her father passed away on 3/22 and she went back to Canada to attend funeral. We hadn't gotten married yet before she left. Wedding/reception was supposed to be 3/26 and everything had to be cancelled. I know k1 visa is one time use but what are our options now. Trying to get her back before the 90days is up so we can get married. Emailed consulate but they said that she had to reapply for k1 visa. Appreciate any help that can be provided. Link to comment
