Question on Applying Green card for Parents and Sibling (Unmarried <21)

Hi expert,

 

I am a us citizen looking to apply for Green card for my parents and sibling (unmarried <21). they all are indian citizens. My Parents typically visit every year to USA for a month. Is it recommended to apply for GC while they are here or should apply for consulate processing. Which one will be the faster route. 

 

Also, will i be able to apply for permanent residency for my sibling who is unmarried and < 21 on my parents application to avoid the long wait (Sibling category 4th preference).

You should discuss the situation with the firm of say Murthy as you may be leaving your sibling in limbo even if your parents can migrate.

When sponsoring parents, their children are explicitly excluded.
