EB1 Green Card Under Future Employment Possible ?

Hello All,  

I am working  as a fulltime employee at Company A, which will not sponsor green card in any moment now. I have a Company B which is ready to sponsor Green card on future employment basis, Can this Green card be processed under EB1 Category instead of EB2. 

 

Please advise.

EB1 is wholly dependent on your credentials. Get a consult with the firm if you want.
