Hi ,

please suggest how to find exact number of overstaying days in usa.( visa was suppose to expire, filed for extension and got rejected. I need to mention the days in new application.

From the day your I94 got expired

Thanks Rahul. I think i-94 will get updated, only when we get into the usa.  I am still in my home country.

If you were in the US after your last I-94 expired, then you overstayed.

For how long depends on what the date on that last I-94 was.

Thanks Joe.  My previous employer was suppose to apply for my visa extension at that time. Due to some issues, he is not letting me know that they submitted my papers or not, at that time.
