I140 - Change of employer

Hello Team -

 

 

I am currently working with X company and PERM got approved.  X company is now planning to file I-140.  Once the I-140 get approved i am planning to move to Y company.

 

Please do help me below queries:

 

1) If my current company revoke the I-140 do i lose my priority date?

2) If my Y company apply for PERM from the first/join date do you think i can still retain my priority date?

3) How much time does it take to revoke an I-140?
