Travel to India - H4 Visa

Hi All.

 

My Wife went to stamping last year when i am working for Company A & visa approved till Sep 2017. Recently i changed the employer &  H1 B  transfer approved for Company B.

 

Questions :

1) My wife planning to travel to India next month. Does she need to go for stamping again in India ?

 

2 ) Any problems at Port of entry while entering back  to USA  ?
