VinothV Posted March 10, 2016 Report Share Posted March 10, 2016 I am visiting India this may. I got H1B approval from 2016 to 2019. My H1B is with Company X and my client is Company A. Recently my client company is bought by Company B. Now the client company name is changed. For the Visa Interview do i take Client letter with new company B in it. or I already have Client Letter with Company A shall i take it..I am confused please help me this. When i got the H1B approval. we got it with the Client letter saying "Company A". Will it create problem if I take client letter with company A and say in the interview that i am working for the client "Company A" not letting them know about the client company name got changed.
