got 1st stamping H1B in AUSTRALIA 7 years ago, can i go stamping other than India

Greetings!

 

I got my visa from Australia when i was working visa over there, now im on 3rd renewal with I140 approved, trying to get H1B stamping.. Do i still have to go India as i never had any stamping from home country? or can i get it Canada or Mexico?

You can go anywhere. No issues.

You can go anywhere you like, It is not mandatory to go to India. I was in same boat and recently got stamped in Matamoros, Mexico. I first got stamped for H1B in a different country where i was working and I never had H1B stamping in India.
