I recently got my f1 Visa through change of status from h4 to f1, Also I am currently pregnant. I am planning  to go to India for personal reasons and by then I will be 5 months pregnant. When I travel to India I have to get my F1  visa stamped from consulate. i would like to get your guidance on the following
        1.      Will there by chances of visa rejection while I go for stamping
        2.      If f1 is rejected, will I have to re apply for h4 visa in India and then travel to Us or I won't need to apply for h4

Thanks in Advance

Regards

1. Not because of this. University credibility is the MAIN factor in getting the F1 visa.

2. It depends. If they cancel the H4 visa as the first step in the F1 interview and then deny the F1 visa, you can apply for the H4 visa again. Most likely they will not start this way. If your University is known/well known, you will have no trouble.
