gmi Posted February 20, 2016 Report Share Posted February 20, 2016 Hi My parents have Green Card. They stayed here in US for about 2 years, but had to visit India. They overstayed due to ill health. Eventually my father passed away recently. It will be 3 years in June 2016 when they left US. Now, what are my options for my mom to come back to US? Any help in this regard is much appreciated.
