First time H4 stamping - jurisdiction issue

Hi,

 

     I am traveling to India to get married in April and my H1B is already stamped. I hail from Kolkata, and my to be spouse resides in Delhi.

 

     As this will be her first H4 and she will be appearing for the interview by herself, can she interview in Kolkata OR it has to be in her jurisdiction (Delhi embassy).

 

      Please let me know your thoughts.

She can attend the stamping anywhere. No issues.
