balajepalli Posted February 16, 2016 Report Share Posted February 16, 2016 Currently I am on H4 visa that will expire in OCT 2016.My husband got his H1 renewed and that will expire in OCT 2018. Can i travel outside US(Mexico) and re enter with old visa and get new I 94 (that is valid until OCT 2018) ? Link to comment

rohang Posted February 17, 2016 Report Share Posted February 17, 2016 yes possible. But make sure you give back I94 while entering Mexico (if you have physical I94); And make sure they give you I94 while entering (i think thr is a fee for it). Link to comment
