anandspeaks Posted January 14, 2016 Report Share Posted January 14, 2016 Hi My EB1C has been filed in August 2015 and got my EAD and AP. My spouse and children are yet to get their AP. My H1 and their H4s maxout in March 2016. Still awaiting i140 and i1485 approval (which were concurrently filed in August). I have a valid EAD for 1 yr, can my dependents also continue to stay with pending AP, i485 after their visa expiry? Thankyou! Link to comment
