Urgent - question regarding past five yr address in n400

Hope somebody can help me with my situation below.

 

I own a home in Detroit, MI which is my permanent residence. In sept 2013 I took up employment in Ohio and worked there for 3 months until Dec 2013. Every week, I used to stay in Ohio Monday thru Thursday and come back to stay in Detroit Friday thru sunday. So can I provide both the addresses for those three month time period as I lived in both the addresses, in short overlapping addresses for the three month period OR should I just provide my permanent address only.

 

 Sept 2013 - Dec 2013 Ohio address
 Sept 2013 - Dec 2013 Detroit, MI address

 

Similarly in Jan 2014 I took up employment in Virgina and used to visit my home in Detroit once in two weeks. Hence in a month I stayed at my home in Detroit for 4 days and remaining 26-27 days I used to live in Virginia. This carried on for six months.
