Spouse H1b approved - Passport change of name

Hi, 

 My wife is currently on H1b visa and she got H1b approved on her maiden name. We got married before H1b application as she was having F1 visa on her maiden name. Now if she applies for a new passport to change the name would there be any issues or any steps to follow after she gets the new passport or in future if we apply for change of status for her to H4.

Check with an attorney - is it mandatory for her to change the name? :)
