PERM process by NEW EMPLOYER

Hello,

 

I am anticipating an offer from a company on the terms that they would start my permanent residence process on/or before day 1. 

 

Wondering, can they start my PERM process along with my H1 Transfer?

 

Since they are hiring me for an AD/Job that has been already posted, Do they have to go through all the process again? Like Prevailing Wages, AD etc.,

 

Since this is a new employment, should i need to make sure of any thing else before joining them in respect to GC.

GC is based on a future job offer and not current and I believe they will need to go through the whole process as mandated by DOL.
