pontevecchio Posted August 9, 2011 Report Posted August 9, 2011 GOOGLE Visa Bulletin and look at the specific dates. You are looking at a long wait unless you get married to an USC. You may consider having an Employer file an EB application for you to allow you to stay even if you were to have your folks sponsor you. A talk with a Lawyer would help give you specifics.
