ashwin_mandha Posted October 5, 2015 Report Share Posted October 5, 2015 Hi, I have stayed almost 3.5 Yrs in US and i stayed around 334 days and 329 days between these Years in India. My Question is will my Total years (6Yrs) in US will be reset based on those days in India or as I didn’t stayed in India for complete 1Year so all my US stay dates will be counted for the Total Limit of 6Yrs. JoeF Posted October 5, 2015 Report Share Posted October 5, 2015 You can recapture time you spent abroad. Make sure you have proof of your stays abroad, e.g., boarding passes, shopping receipts, etc. Link to comment
