The VO told her that she had not travelled before so the visa was denied. We are getting married in Sept of this year. I want to bring her on a H4 visa after that. Can she get a visa interview a few days after the wedding? I am on my 5th year of H1B now and have not started on the green card process and I am not sure if my company will be willing to do a green card for me. Will that affect her H4 visa application?
