PavanMiriyala Posted August 7, 2015 Report Posted August 7, 2015 I completed 6 years of my H1 visa and traveled back to India in July 2015. My wife is on a H1 visa and currently working in US. Can I apply for a H4 visa (dependent) and travel to US in next couple of months or do I need to wait for a year and then apply for H4. Also, please note that my Green Card is in process. Would there be any impact/issue if my H4 is filed during this time. Please suggest..
