jairichi
Cross the border and during re-entry ask for a new I94. Link to comment
pontevecchio
1. Talk to your Company Lawyer. 2. Then call the CBP and see if they can be persuaded to give you an appropriate I94. Some reports in this forum have suggested this is sometimes effective. 3. Travel and return. 4. Cross the Mexican Border and return with a new I94 after actually asking for one. Link to comment
ctmask111
Leave the country and renter with new I-94. Else the company should file a h-1 extension. I had the same issue and contacted USCIS. They said my employer must file a H-1 extension Link to comment
gsikka
If the extension is filed and approved, and I am not leaving US, do I still need to get I-94 extended? Link to comment
jairichi
If the extension is filed and approved, and I am not leaving US, do I still need to get I-94 extended? If you do not get an I94 with approval document then the answer is yes. Link to comment
Simplyphani
@gsikka Did you get your I-94? Within how many days you got I-94 letter? Extension is normal or premium? Thanks Link to comment
