Apply 485 without Employment verification letter

Hi gurus,

Here is my situation:

I have approved i140 from employer A (PD April 2007 EB2 - now current)

However I moved out of employer A and joined employer B last year before My PD became current.

My current employer(B) has not filed my labor yet. I know I can port the priority date from my previous employer but have to go through whole process again with current employer.

What are my options to file for I485 with previous employer now that my PD is current.

Need some advice.

If you are planning to go back work for employer A after receiving GC and employer A has job position open for you and provide employment verification letter then you can file 485.

No employment verification letter means no 485!

You MUST have a job offer from the original sponsor to file I-485. Moreover, you must honestly intend to take that job offer once your petition is approved.
