A qq- When we get  an affidavit from parents and no data exists from municipal authorities for date of birth records for GC, is there a constraint on the sequence of receiving the letters ?   i.e First need to receive no data exists   (say 07/01/2015) then get affidavit from parents (say 07/15/2015)  or it doesn't matter, I can get affidavit on 07/01/2015 and no data exists from municipal   on 07/30/2015.
