DhritiDelhi2015
Hello, I am on H1b and came to US in Mar 2015. I am going to change the employer B in Aug 2015. Please find few bullet points about my family Visa: Me and my family has valid visa stamped from Employer A till Aug 2017. My family has never travelled to US. I have few questions: Question 1: Could my family travel to US in Sep 2015 after I join the employer B? If yes what documents they need to carry during travel? Question 2: My new employer B asked for H4 transfer documentation like I94 for (Spous,Kid) but I didn’t gave because they never travelled. Could it impact me in any way after i join or during joining Employer B because my family could come after I join employer B without H4 transfer? Any other suggestions are welcome. jairichi
1. Copy of B's I797. 2. No impact. Link to comment
pontevecchio
1. Valid H4 visa and your H1 petition approval copy. 2. No Link to comment

DhritiDelhi2015
Thanks a lot for your response. My old employer is revoking my visa so still my family can travel to US with my new approved I797,pay checks and company joining letter. Please advice. Note: One again they never travelled to US. Regards, Old employer can revoke your H1B petition and not your visa. Having said that still there is no issue for your family members to travel. Link to comment
