marriage with a asylum

Hello All,

 

I am on H1B ( Family seperated ) . and I married to a widow who came to USA on her son's   medical Asylum . Her asylum request is accepted and  is in process and their is no work permit for her too yet.

 

Should I wait for her asylum to be completed or can I sponsor her H4 Visa .

 

Please advice .

There's no such thing as "medical asylum" so I'm not quite sure what's going on here - perhaps she received "parole" or a B2 visa for her son's medical treatment?

 

I would strongly suggest that you show all of the relevant paperwork to an attorney and get some proper advice.
