Visiting USA on Visitor visa after 6 years of stamping

Hello All,

 

          My parents got there visitors visa stamped for 10 yrs with multiple entries in Nov 2009. My mom visited US for 3 times since then.But, my father never visited US. Now, I wanted to bring them both for couple months so that they can spend sometime with me and the family. My questions are ...

 

1. Is his visa still valid?

2. If answer to Question 1 is no then I guess he may need to go for stamping again, and what the odds of not getting the Visa stamped?

3. Would there be any concerns/issues , in the given situation that I need to be aware of before planning?

 

 

I really do appreciate any help/suggestions and responses.

Your father is good to travel. Visa is for multiple entry for 10 years as per your case. No issues. They can travel together.

Your father is good to travel without any issues - his visa is valid for 10 years. But make sure they don't overstay more than 6 months.
