USCIS Suspend Premium Process

Hi - Im planning to do H1B Transfer after MAY 26th from Employer A to Employer B, " USCIS Suspend Temporarily premium process Starting May 26th .But this temporary suspension of premium processing will only apply to petitions requesting an extension of H1B status".But I'm still  eligible for Premium Process for H1B Transfer? I just need simple answer YES or NO , Please help !

It applies to H1 transfers.

This is obviously because of the H4 EAD that starts on May 26. They need the examiners to process the EAD applications.

Hi - But USCIS mentioned suspended  only for Applications  "extension of H1B", But It applies to H1B Transfers as well? Both are same ?

A transfer is basically an H1 extension.
