sampitroda Posted May 17, 2015 Report Share Posted May 17, 2015 If you re-enter into USA from a land border from Canada after a short trip of less than 30 days and valid I94, does CBP issue you a new I-94 after automatic visa revalidation? Are they not supposed to do that or can you request them to issue a new I-94 as it is may be required while filing I-485 for last date of arrival proof? Please let me know Link to comment
jairichi Posted May 17, 2015 Report Share Posted May 17, 2015 If you are using AVR facility you will not get a new I94. If you do not want to use that facility and need a new I94 then you need a valid visa to enter US. Link to comment
