They put my address in the Visa application which is in New York but are now planning to fly to my brother's place first which is in Chicago. Is that fine? Can they fly to Chicago first instead? Would they have any issues at the port of entry because the visa application address won't match their destination airport? Thanks a lot in advance !
pontevecchio Posted May 10, 2015 Report Posted May 10, 2015 With an US Visa they can enter any city in the USA as their first entry. Your parents visas are approved. No sponsorship involved or implied .
jairichi Posted May 10, 2015 Report Posted May 10, 2015 That is fine. No issue at all. In this case they need to provide your brother's address at the time of boarding the flight, I94 form and at POE.
