Vancouver.H1B
Hello Friends, I am preparing my documents to file I-485. I need an advise to prepare myself with Birth Certificate.1. I was born in a village and my birth certificate was issued by Mandal revenue office (MRO), is it a valid document to present to USCIS? Parent first names are mismatch between my passport and BC:2. My mother first name is different in my passport and my birth certificate, my passport has BABI and my birth certificate has BABY. Here my passport is wrong with one letter I instead of Y. If I prepare an affidavit with my mother, would it be sufficient? Or what are my options? 3. My father first name is different in my passport and my birth certificate, my passport has BAVAJI and my birth certificate has BABAJI. Here my birth certificate is wrong with one letter B instead of V. If I prepare an affidavit with my father, would it be sufficient? Or what are my options? Here I also attached my passport last page and my birth certificate.I really appreciate your advise. Please help in this regard. Thanks a lot. Link to comment
pontevecchio
As long as the BC has your name on it, it is fine. They will not even notice. Affidavits by your parents could be also helpful. Link to comment
