deepsrbt Posted May 7, 2015 Report Posted May 7, 2015 Hello, What are the questions expected at immigration (CBP) while arriving in the US if you are a non-US citizen and your child is a US citizen / born in the US during your tenure on H1/L1/F1/F2 Visa ? I am on F2 Visa and wish to travel with my child out of US and re-enter soon. Am concerned on the questions/reactions at CBP. Thanks,
pontevecchio Posted May 7, 2015 Report Posted May 7, 2015 The questions will be no different because of your situation. As long as you have a valid F2 visa and the child an US Passport and your spouse is in valid F1 status there will be no problems entering.
