deepsrbt Posted May 7, 2015 Report Share Posted May 7, 2015 Hello, What are the questions expected at immigration (CBP) while arriving in the US if you are a non-US citizen and your child is a US citizen / born in the US during your tenure on H1/L1/F1/F2 Visa ? I am on F2 Visa and wish to travel with my child out of US and re-enter soon. Am concerned on the questions/reactions at CBP. Thanks, Link to comment
pontevecchio Posted May 7, 2015 Report Share Posted May 7, 2015 The questions will be no different because of your situation. As long as you have a valid F2 visa and the child an US Passport and your spouse is in valid F1 status there will be no problems entering. Link to comment
