I changed my job to Employer A and got my H1 transferred, during that my wife H4 got extended till June 2017. I recently changed my job again to Employer B and this time I did only my H1 transfer, did nothing to my wife H4, she still holds the petition which she got during my H1 transfer to Employer A. Question - if I get my I140 approved till Nov 2015. and apply for H4 EAD for my wife, Till what date she will get her EAD validity. will it be a) Her H4 stamped date <Dec 2015> b) Her Current H4 petition Date <June 2017> c) Based on my H1 petition Date <Dec 2016> Link to comment
