I-140 approved, I-485 pending 4 months, EAD in hand, lost job should i use AC21?

My I-140 was approved last year and my company lawyer applied for I-485 last december. I received my EAD and the status stays fingerprint received. 

 

I recently lost my job and the company has accepted to keep my h1-b active for next 3 months till i get cross the 180 days mark and put me on a 3 months leave.

 

 

My friend has a consulting company and he has actively started marketing me.

 

Should I transfer my H1-b or use my EAD and AC21 for the new job? I am a bit confused on what to do.

You should discuss specifics with a Lawyer. You can certainly find another H1 sponsor.
