eluriravi
Hi all, My in-laws are set to appear for a visitor visa interview next week. My H1B is set to expire in end of June and my company is filing the extension (with I140 approval in hand) but that extension will take couple of months from now. I would like to know if my visa validity period in any way impact my in-laws visitor visa. From my online search so far - I see that my visa will not impact their interview but I would like to get the opinion on this expert forum too. Please advise. Thanks Ravi Link to comment
jairichi
No issue as your status is no way tied to your in-laws visitor visa application. Link to comment
ashuneel
your visa has no impact on their B2 visa. Link to comment
shekar11#
No. Your H-1 validity does not have anything to do with your in laws visitor stamping. Link to comment
