I-140 approved & I-485 Pending (PD March 2009) H1B expired in 2012 and on EAD status for last couple years. Applied for EAD renewal as its expiring on March 2018 Trying to get new H1B stamped in Kolkata as my lawyer recommended to be on H1B and not entirely dependent on EAD as we can maintain dual status (H1B and EAD) Is there any issue of either H1B getting rejected or jeopardy to my I-485 application?
