priti14 Posted February 17, 2015 Report Share Posted February 17, 2015 Hi, I have an approved I-140 from Employer A. Also, I have an EAD (with AP) via my spouse's I-485 application. Now I have accepted a job offer from Employer B. Employer B wants to apply for H1B transfer (based on my approved I-140) even though I have an EAD. Is it ok to do that?
