H1- H4 (I140- approved) New employer H1 filing

Details:

I have H1-B(Expires-Feb'2011) Completes 6 years with I140 approved in Dec'2010 from Employer A

Left US in Oct'2010 and came back in Mar'2011 on H4.

Employer B wants me to come on board ASAP.

Questions:

1.Can Emp B file a 3 year extension with immediate start date using I140 approval status from Emp A?

2. Need for current pay stubs to file H1 by Emp B. I only have them until Jan'2011

Any suggestions are welcome.
