saint0906 Posted January 6, 2015 Report Share Posted January 6, 2015 Here is my situation. Please help. I worked for a company in USA from May 2001 to May 2009. During that period, my employer applied for my GC in April 2004 in EB3 category. I received my I-140 and I-485 is in process. I got my EAD in 2007 but it is currently expired and am currently waiting for priority dates. Family situation forced me to move back to India and so I joined a company in July 2009 but still the GC process is in progress. As my family situation is all squared now, we want to move back to USA. So can I get my EAD renewed while I am still in India. If not, then what are my options to move back. Link to comment

Your AOS is not pending anymore as you would need Consular Processing. 3. I assume you were in H1 status at some point of time? 4.
