user5074 Posted December 26, 2014 Report Share Posted December 26, 2014 My wife's H1B application was denied and we filed for F1 to H4 status as soon as we came to know about it (on September). And the application is pending status. We are planning to visit India, Can you please suggest if she can attend H4 stamping directly in India instead of waiting for change of status approval or should she wait till the application is approved.
