H1 -H4 221G along with Spouse

Hello Admin,

Quick help really appriciable here.

I got my H1B stamped on 14th oct 2014. My wife and Child went for H4 but they were given 221G to submit all the documents for petitioner within 3months. After that I got email to pick the passport. I got blue 221G slip along with their passport with the comments "Come for reinterview along with Husband/Father(for child) within 1 year.

Since i applied through consultancy firm it means they need more details.

Have below questions:-

1. I am eligible now to travel on my H1B as of now.

2. Once reached US, can i come back and go for interview with my spouse and child.

You may run the risk that they have flagged your visa and hence going back as a family unit for an Interview would be a good idea. Obviously provide the documents asked for.

What would be better in this case?

1. should i travel US and come back again for interview along with my spouse?

2.Should go for re-interview if employer gives documents. Is chances high of cancellation of my H1b if they found anything doubtful(still i will be providing the genuine documents).

I would suggest what Pontevecchio suggested Clear everything before you fly.

In case the letter is a routine one you should call and clarify.
