I am planning to use EAD with my current employer as their pay on H1 is significantly lower than what they would be paying on EAD. In addition to that, I have an oppertunity to work for another company on a part time basis on EAD. Is this legal? My 485 is pending since Auugust 2014. Any good feedback is appreciated.
