SeemaSomayaji
Hi, Please help me out. I applied for h1b from h4(residing in USA) on april 1st and got my 1797b approval with a consular process(Chennai). I have a valid i94 till next year. Now I changed my employer to B. Can that employer B apply for my h1 Transfer along with COS? Also are any documents related to employer A required for transfer process? Link to comment

For you to be considered counted under the quota, you have to start working for the original employer. Only then can a new employer file an H1 transfer. Link to comment
