Can I visit with a ticket?

I visited the US in 2010. A few days before we left the US, I was given a driving ticket. I was not able to resolve this problem. I am hoping to visit again in 2015 but I don't know if I will be prevented from entering or detained somewhere. 

Can you help me?

1) Can I still enter the US if I still have not resolved the problem of the ticket?

2) If I will still be allowed to enter, will I be detained?

3) If I can enter and not be detained, am I allowed to drive?

Contact the concerned department and do what is needed to resolve this issue like paying fine and then travel.

Why don't you take care of this ticket before entering US so that all your questions will vanish...

Look up the website relevant to the ticket and see what the situation is.

You get the ticket to your address if not paid . I did not had cash to pay toll , they sent me bill at my address , I paid it online , same with ticket .
