NischalK Posted July 3, 2011 Report Share Posted July 3, 2011 HI, I got my H1 extended recently however i haven't applied for family H4 extension as my employer adviced it's not manadatory to extend H4 as they will be valid as long as H1 status is valid. Can i apply H4 extension now and Will that be an issue now as it's been 7 months since my extension approved. Appreciate your quick response. Thanks NK Link to comment
